Conference Facilities"New Conference Facilities Opening 1st October 2008"Chifley Potts Point boasts five modern function rooms and an open air terrace. Each of the rooms boast natural light and offer outdoor decks for delegates to relax during session breaks. With an abundance of offsite activities at your fingertips, delegates will be treated to a professional and memorable experience. Our friendly and professional functions team will coordinate everything to ensure your event is a great success.
Click on the images for full size Luminos Boardroom  The dedicated boardroom venue for up to 12 delegates is ideal for meetings and small conferences. With views to Darlinghurst Road and access from the Conference Foyer, it is the 'anytime', 'all the time' meeting space. Pegasus room  A lovely room with large floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural lighting and views over Darlinghurst road. Pegasus has dual access from the Delta bar and the Conference Centre, and is ideal for smaller intimate affairs such as private dining events up to 30 guests or cocktail events for up to 40 guests. Sirius room The Sirius room is ideal for larger conference groups of up to 80 delegates and banquets for up to 50 guests. With large windows providing natural lighting and exciting views to Darlinghurst Road, this room has a built-in projector screen and so much possibility for any event! Orion Terrace A spacious outdoor terrace with newly refurbished timber decking, the Orion Terrace has superb views of the surrounding areas and to the city. It provides excellent backdrops for photographs and is suitable for up to 120 guests. Stellar A newly renovated room, this venue is suitable for 30 - 80 guests. With natural lighting as well as controllable mood lighting, Stellar is ideal for smaller intimate dinners or larger meeting groups. Stellar has access to the functions bar, and can be opened onto the Mintaka room to provide double the space for up to 100 conference delegates or 120 cocktail party guests. Mintaka  With its own private deck and views to delightful Victoria street, this room has loads of natural lighting and an 'outdoor' feel, inside for 15 - 45 people. Mintaka can open onto the Orion Terrace, and with access to the functions bar and the possibility of opening onto the Stellar room, this room has it all for small groups and large groups alike.
